White House Condemns 'Democratic Hoax' as Additional Epstein Estate Photos Released

House Democrats have made public a new tranche of what they labeled "alarming" photographs from the property of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 photographs—some of which have been seen before—combined with another 70 issued later on Friday account for a minuscule portion of the nearly 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the actions and ties of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking charges.

High-Profile Individuals in the Photos

Included in the prominent personalities seen in the initial batch are well-known figures featuring movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Response

The White House addressed the release in a statement, charging Democrats of purposefully "cherry-picking" the images for electoral motives and to "attempt to fabricate a false storyline."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a White House spokesperson said, insisting that "the Trump administration has accomplished more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats have ever done by frequently urging openness, releasing numerous documents of records, and calling for more inquiries into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Democratic Lawmaker Comment

The images were disclosed lacking captions, but according to a Democratic representative from California and senior member of the investigative panel, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's links with affluent people.

"It is time to halt this White House concealment and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he stated in a comment.

The publication of these documents occurs alongside the oversight committee continuing its inquiry into the Epstein matter.
